The company is solely owned and operated by Eirik Larsen with a team of 3-5 full-time employees. The majority of business is in welding, design, and fabrication, with over 35 years of experience in the field.
In addition to this, Steel 'N Motion also offers project management and consulting as well as a unique service called Engineering Facilitation and consulting whereby we draw on the experience and contacts made over the years working on design builds and large fabrication projects.

With a perfect safety record and safety policy registered with FRONTLINE SAFETY Inc (HSE), all employees are safety trained in WHIMS, first aid, fall arrest, and confined space.
